New 2008 Techno Split models include the open frame, high production paving stone splitters and the heavy duty, closed frame stone splitters with blades up to 118” long and 1200 Tons of operating force. The Techno Split open frame series are hydraulic operated stone splitting machines equipped with silenced power unit for splitting every kind of stone. Choose from 6 models with various cutting dimensions and pressure ratings from 30-120 tons. Designed for the production of small paving stones measuring from 7.9” x 11” up to 19.7” x 19.7”. This paving stone splitter has a robust design, is easy to use, and withstands high stresses imposed when splitting small stone paving stones.
The Techno Split closed frame stone splitting machines are widely used at automated plants for the production of natural stone pieces or split cement blocks. The machines are able to process curb stone, concrete blocks, granite blocks or other stone products. Hydraulically operated 120-1200-ton stone splitting machines have enough power for any stone splitting operation for every kind of stone. These stone splitting machines are primarily used for automated production of cladding tiles, curbstones and wall stones. Has a splitting lengths up to 118” and splitting height up to 31.5”.
