Hydraulically operated, closed frame, 320 Ton stone splitting machine equipped with sliding gripper for splitting every kind of stone. First machine to be equipped by the manufacturer with a sliding gripper that is able to lift pieces of stone with large dimensions and carry them to the blade, thanks to its surprising ability to adapt to very uneven pieces of stone. A manipulator has been positioned at the blade output so us to return the newly split piece under the blade if necessary, for further processing.
Designed for the production of wall face stones, and blocks of various dimensions. The blades adapts to the sawn surfaces thanks to its two-degree tilling(balancing) capabilities. Has a with splitting length of 47.24”” and splitting height of 23.62”. This stone splitting machine has a robust design, is easy to use, and withstands high stresses imposed when making small stone paving stones.
